AcroYoga is a fun and uplifting practice that can be both playful and challenging; with the power to turn your world upside-down! AcroYoga combines acrobatics with the mindfulness of yoga, the gentle touch of thai massage, and a playful spirit. Working in groups of two or more, the practice builds trust, communication, connection, flexibility and strength. Students are guided through a vinyasa warm up which includes: core conditioning, inversions, and balancing postures. Group activities and the creative process help increase relational awareness and prepare students for flying, basing, and spotting. The benefits of an AcroYoga practice include: increased mental clarity and expanded spatial awareness, core & upper body strengthening, interconnection, trust building, smiles, laughter, and sheer joy!
